What're We Gonna Do Tonight? Beat Those Beavers!!

I love the sun... if you know me at all, you know that, right? So, usually, June 21 is my favorite day of the year. Summer Solstice. The day when I have the most quality time with my favorite sun. Unfortunately, today, I didn't spend very much time with him. Either I was busy or he was. Disappointing. Tomorrow, he simply won't be around for as long as he was today.

I need to go to bed, but I can't break away from one of my fave Myspace pages. I love listening to new tunes from an old fave. Yes, I'm the kind of person who awaits new releases from faves anxiously. I've been known to buy a few CDs on the day they came out... all the while disappointing Pop by wasting money on music you can get for free on the radio. Oh Dad, if you only knew how much music I have on the computer these days. Anyway, one of the last new releases I was anxiously awaiting is pretty much already committed completely to memory. What other word is both a fruit and a people? I love that the starter wife... or one of her besties... knows that and isn't afraid to say it.

Anyway, happy longest day of the year, everyone. It's all back downhill from here.

So, Nik... you asked for a clearer collage. Well, SOME PEOPLE may not want to be featured so prominently and clearly in a big-file-size upload. And I intentionally made it hard to see the tiny pics, silly. I like keeping some things a mystery! BUT... I'm with you. I like the nostalgia, and looking at old pics is one of my absolute fave pasttimes. So, here are a few stroll-down-memory-lane shots to tide you over until we can hook up sometime and I can share the full-size collage with you. Or until I run across some more suitable-for-posting-clearly pics with which I can create a large-size collage. Remember all our Simon & Garfunkel warm-ups?! We were so silly. Oh wait... that was my idea. Maybe I should rephrase... I was so silly. Go Panthers!!!
