One More Thing... With Apologies to Mom Who Hates the Word

Granny told me today that I was "no bigger'n a friday fart". Not a clue what that meant (but very amused by Gran's choice of analogy), I went about my merry way simply grateful for the compliment (shoot, I hope it was a compliment!). I started wondering tonight if I could find that particular colloquialism explained on the internet somewhere.
