Missing term papers

Mom, I started to write a whole paragraph about your favorites; then I thought it might not be prudent, given the openness of the Internet. So, just know that I was thinking about you tonight, and I hope it all works out well. We'll say an extra little prayer.

Dad, you'd be proud. I met another neighbor today... thanks to my little hellions. Every time I opened the door, they took off like a shot across the street. I never learn; I kept letting them out off the leash thinking they would be better this time. At around 2, they woke up from a nap; and I figured sleepy puppies wouldn't run that far. Wrong. They took off and went WAY over to a house on a whole other street. As they 'did their business' in her front yard, my new friend Lisa came out and said hi. Hopefully, she wasn't too offended. Maybe we can make it up to her in some way.

Jon & I thought it would be a good idea - back in December - to create this blog as a way to keep everyone up-to-date on US. Obviously, it's become much more MY thing. So, to all y'all Jon people out there, sorry. I hope I'm not boring you. If you want to know what's going on with him, you're just going to have to e-mail or call him. But I will periodically post embarassing things about him... just to get him back for calling some of my entries mundane. But you'll have to endure my ramblings if you're looking for those tidbits.

Well, I really wish I could remember to post every once in a while on my desktop computer. I don't have very many good pictures on my laptop, and I've posted most of the okay ones. The desktop, on the other hand, has THOUSANDS of pics. Must. remember. to. post. them. Meanwhile, here are a couple of the last few good ones on this machine. Tomorrow, I'll either have to take new pics or post from the mac daddy machine.

So, today's pics: the babies' favorite positions.
Coop loves sleeping on his back. We get the biggest kick out of him flopping from side to side, front to back. But I think it's the funniest when he sticks his legs straight up in the air.

And Legs (aka Kona) must stretch out her toes. Sometimes she stretches them straight out like this. Sometimes she stretches them front to back and makes herself ... the longest dog ever.

I hate screwy networks. Have a great Friday the 13th, everyone. Miss you much.
